About Emily

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Forest Therapy Guide with over 14 years of experience working in mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and family conflict.

I specialize in working with women, young adults, trauma survivors, and individuals grappling with identity issues, letting go of perfectionism, finding purpose in life, and experiencing major life changes. I incorporate many theoretical approaches into my work with clients, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic theory, Somatic-based therapies, and Eco-therapy.

You are not broken, and I am not here to heal you, fix you, rescue you, or make you better. I am here to support you on your journey to discovering your authentic self and releasing old stories and patterns of behaviors that no longer serve you so that you may live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life
