About Emily

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, psychedelic-assisted therapist, certified nature and forest therapy guide and nature-based wellness coach. For over 17 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions, supporting them in finding clarity, balance, and a deeper connection with themselves.

I specialize in working with women, young adults, trauma survivors, those who are looking to break patterns of addiction, and anyone exploring questions of identity, letting go of perfectionism, or seeking meaning and purpose in life. My approach blends IFS, somatic practices, narrative and relational therapy, and the wisdom of the natural world- offering a space where curiosity, compassion, and self-understanding can flourish.

You are not broken, and I am not here to heal you, fix you, rescue you, or make you better. I am here to support you on your journey to discovering your authentic self and releasing old stories and patterns of behaviors that no longer serve you so that you may live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
